Terms of Service

1. Who you are dealing with

Urmmez is a relocation platform operated by MLS Global, a UAE free zone company. The registered entity name, address and licence details are pending client confirmation.

These terms cover the Urmmez website and app, for people planning a move (Movers) and for the companies listed on it (Partners).

2. What the service does

Urmmez helps you plan a move from one country to another: it asks about your situation, builds a checklist and timeline, suggests areas, keeps your documents in one place, and introduces you to Partners such as movers, schools and housing providers.

Two corridors are live today: USA to UAE, and US state to state moves inside the USA. Other corridors appear as coming soon until they open.

3. What the service is not

Urmmez is not a law firm, an immigration adviser, a tax adviser, a licensed broker or an insurer. Guidance in the app is general information, including anything the AI Concierge writes, and it can be out of date or wrong for your case.

Decisions about visas, contracts, property, schooling and tax are yours, and we recommend confirming them with a licensed professional and with the official source we cite.

4. Your account

You need an account to save a move. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

You must be 18 or older to hold an account. One person, one account, one active move for now.

5. What you pay

Movers never pay for introductions to Partners. Partners pay us, so an introduction costs you nothing and carries no commission.

The AI Concierge subscription is optional and its pricing is indicative until billing is switched on. The VIP tier, with a human concierge, is coming soon and is not on sale yet.

6. Partners and introductions

When you ask for an introduction we pass your request to the Partner. Any service, quote or contract after that is between you and the Partner, on their terms, and we are not a party to it.

We check what we can check, such as a licence number against a public register, and we show what that check found. A listing is not a guarantee of the work.

7. Your content and documents

Your answers, notes and uploaded documents stay yours. You give us permission to store and use them to run your move, and nothing more.

Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share. We can remove content that is unlawful or that puts other people at risk.

8. Fair use

Do not scrape the platform, resell its content, break into other people's accounts, or use the AI Concierge to generate content unrelated to relocation.

We can suspend an account that does these things, and we will tell you why.

9. Availability

This is an early build. Features change, data is still being filled in, and parts of the app are marked as coming soon because they are not finished.

We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we will not be liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Urmmez at any time. Your account page has a data export and a delete button, and deleting takes the move, checklist, profile and documents with it.

We can close an account that breaks these terms. Records we are required to keep, such as billing records once billing is live, are kept for as long as the law requires.

11. Changes to these terms

When these terms change materially we will tell account holders by email before the change takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.

12. Governing law and contact

Governing law, dispute resolution and the published contact address are pending legal review and client confirmation. This section is a placeholder and will be replaced before launch.
